Ways to Get Started
You have many ways to get started on your path to Simple Wholeness. Here’s one. Add some meditation to your daily routine.
I know you might be saying, “Right, like I have the time for that.” Well the funny thing about meditating is that your day seems to expand a bit. Like you get more time. Maybe what’s happening is that you simply focus more on each moment as it occurs. And you on’t get caught up in rehashing the past or planning the future.
So I teach really basic, simple ways to pay attention like meditation. Here’s a short introduction – completely free.
